Welcome to Christian Nguyen Studio. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products
Christian Nguyen Studio sells fine art photography prints, available as dye-based or pigment-based prints, framed and matted in your choice of white or natural wood frame. Each print is made to order.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through Stripe or PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the U.S. only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Local pickup is available in Los Angeles by arrangement. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times and rates.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is fabricated per order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on the print itself for reasons of preference, sizing, or change of mind. Damaged frames and orders shipped in error due to our mistake are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property
All images, photographs, and artwork displayed on this website are the original work of Christian Nguyen Studio and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical print only — it does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or license to use the image commercially. Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any image without written permission is prohibited.

6. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

7. Limitation of Liability
Christian Nguyen Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
